Only reason I give a 3 is the length of time it took to get the work scheduled and completed. I do understand that other projects were scheduled, probably major ones but when the crew showed up it took them less than 2 hours to complete. The feeling I took away from this is because my project wasn't a large one it wasn't as important as those that were larger revenue based.

When Chris came out he was very professional and very informative.

Explained in detail what they were doing to correct problem and very professional.
