Samantha was wonderful at answering questions very quickly and returning calls promptly. I also enjoyed the email follow-ups and scheduling.
Chris was very focused on making sure we were educated and that we understood all of our options.
We had a few communication problems with the crew and a bit of trouble understanding exactly when the crew would be at work. The work itself was wonderful, but I would have loved much more communication / contact (eg. What happened today, what will be done tomorrow, when to expect the crew, etc)
I'm pretty sure it's better than before you arrived!

The communication and professionalism of your sales team was great. I felt that our project was important to you and also felt empowered to make a decision with all of the information provided. I liked that you use technology (email, digital photos) to reinforce the project planning. We were also impressed with your Angie's list reviews.
