This customer had a leak coming in on an addition with a rubber roof. The improper installation of this roof caused the seals to become insecure, allowing water to seep under the rubber and leak into the home -- causing damage to the interior of the home. We removed this roof and replaced it with a .060 fully-adhered EPDM commercial membrane with 1/2" high density fiberboard underneath.
