Very prompt, rep was here as scheduled for quote. Office staff very "in touch" with customer.

Came, assessed the job, finished in a reasonable time. No leaks since the job was completed. That's with several heavy rains since the repair to our chimney and surrounding roof.

Very knowledgeable. Listened to what I had to share about where I thought the leak was from. Offered a fair quote.

All waste materials were removed and the site left clean.
